Challenge: RL Associados is a company specialized in professional training, mainly in the Six Sigma area, whose training is one of the most requested by the job market, being a great competitive differential for students in higher education.
PaP was hired to approach universities and offer RL Associados' certification in Six Sigma areas, as well as to seek possible partnerships with universities granting scholarships for teachers and coordinators' internal use.
We, from RL Associados, are happy with the partnership with PAP, the people involved in our process are willing and interested in solving the problems presented.

Results:
We draw up the ideal client profile and generate lists of prospects with high adherence to the consulting services offered.
We drafted the telephone and email approach scripts for the decision-makers, with emphasis on closing the partnerships with the universities.
In the one-year project period, we approached over 2,000 companies, generated 464 qualified leads and a total of 67 scheduled meetings.
Over 8,000 calls were made, with over 4,000 personalised emails to decision-makers sent during this period.
