Segment: Automation and Security for Buildings

Challenge

Established 140 years ago, Johnson Controls stands as a worldwide pioneer in automation, fire protection, security, and sustainable building solutions. With significant operations both in Brazil and internationally, they provide their state-of-the-art OpenBlue platform, underscoring their industry leadership.

OpenBlue is a complete suite of connected solutions that serves industries from workplaces to schools, hospitals to campuses, and more.

This platform includes custom service solutions infused with AI, such as remote diagnostics, predictive maintenance, compliance monitoring, advanced risk assessments, and more. A dynamic new space from Johnson Controls, OpenBlue is how buildings come to life.

PaP was contracted to act in 6 projects with the company, in a period of one year, to prospect initially in Brazil, and then in Latin America and Central America. The results presented below are a sum of the several projects and segments served during this period.

"When we started working with PaP, we were looking in the market for a company that was robust enough to handle a global operation like ours, but that at the same time could also be simple and uncomplicated in the way it worked.

To our surprise PaP delivered far beyond our expectation, fulfilling everything we were promised from the business proposal, through the contract and changes in between.

The team is capable and professional, real and committed partners so that our success is also their success. I am happy to know that opening doors and seeking our clients for our company can be a less complex job to perform if you have a reliable supplier, today I am aware that this supplier is PaP."
